These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vino Noir website located at navjotsuman.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
Age Verification
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Vino Noir. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including at the point of delivery. Orders placed by individuals under the legal drinking age will be cancelled and refunded.
Account Registration
To place an order you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at navjotsumandev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Geographic Restrictions
Our services are available to residents of India in states and union territories where the sale and delivery of alcohol is legally permitted. We do not fulfil orders to Bihar, Gujarat, Mizoram, or any other dry state. It is your responsibility to verify that receiving alcohol by delivery is legal in your jurisdiction.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted when we send you a written Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — and will refund any payment taken in full within 5–7 business days.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed at checkout and confirmed in your Order Confirmation.
Payment
We accept payment via Razorpay (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking) and cash on delivery for eligible orders. Payment is due at the time of order. For COD orders, payment must be made to the delivery agent in full upon receipt. Returned cheques or declined payments may result in order cancellation.
Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes are subject to specific terms attached to each offer. Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
Products & Descriptions
Accuracy of Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that wine descriptions, vintage information, tasting notes, and scores are accurate at the time of publication. However, wines are natural products and individual bottles may vary. Minor discrepancies in tasting profiles are inherent to fine wine and do not constitute grounds for a return.
Vintage Substitution
On rare occasions, a listed vintage may sell out after your order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you to offer the next available vintage, a comparable alternative, or a full refund. We will never substitute without your consent.
Stock
All wines are sold subject to availability. Displaying a wine on our website does not guarantee stock. If a wine becomes unavailable after your order is accepted, we will notify you promptly and arrange a refund or alternative.
Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vino Noir's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or disruptions to our logistics network. We will notify you of any such delay and fulfil your order as soon as reasonably practicable.
Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled without charge within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email navjotsumandev@gmail.com or WhatsApp us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may return it upon delivery per our Returns Policy.
Accepted Returns
We accept returns for wines that are (i) corked or otherwise faulty, (ii) damaged in transit, or (iii) materially different from their description on our website. Photograph the issue and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and issue a full refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Non-Accepted Returns
We do not accept returns for wines that are simply not to your taste, or where the bottle has been opened, partially consumed, or stored incorrectly by the customer. Fine wine is subjective — we encourage you to use our tasting notes, scores, and sommelier recommendations to inform your purchase.
Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us in the first instance at navjotsumandev@gmail.com to resolve any concern informally. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms were last updated in March 2026. Vino Noir reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered customers of material changes via email.
